Core
The local authority for the house. Holds the property model, permissions, the automation engine and the audit history.
Six things. None of them shipping.
A concept list of thirteen products exists. It is not being built — a small team that designs everything at once finishes nothing.
The local authority for the house. Holds the property model, permissions, the automation engine and the audit history.
Four and six channel, one electronics architecture. A plate that keeps working as a plate if everything else fails.
Temperature, humidity, true NDIR CO₂, illuminance and mmWave presence. Each reading reported with its own confidence.
The physical remote. The one object designed to be picked up, so the one we are willing to spend on properly.
Precast planting modules with drip line, overflow and valve cast into the cavity. Soil moisture drives the watering.
A precast wall element with conduit, boxes and sensor pockets cast in at ±3 mm, draw-wire left in place.
Planter modules, the Sense puck and the Key controller are sold directly — no mains wiring, no structural consequence, nothing an installer needs to be present for.
Switchboards, the Core and any cast element are only sold as part of a commissioned project. Self-installed mains hardware is where reliability reputations go to die: someone wires a module wrong, it fails, and the review says the product is broken. We would rather sell fewer working systems.
Spares and expansion for existing clients are direct, because the system is already known.
A concept universe exists on paper — zone gateways, a touchscreen panel, a proprietary curtain motor and track, infrared control, audio and air-quality expansions. None of it is being built.
Each item carries its own industrial design, electronics, firmware, thermal, radio, compliance, supply chain, tooling, installation and warranty work. It is deferred until the first release has field evidence and paid demand behind it. When something moves off that list it appears here with a date, not before.
Indicative and pre-supplier-quotation. They are derived from an estimated bill of materials and a target margin, which is exactly the wrong way round — an independent review said so, and it was right. Real numbers arrive when suppliers quote real volumes.
