Buildings that know
what they did.

We build home automation that checks every action against real sensor data, and design it into precast walls at the factory. Hyderabad, from 2026.

Key — the physical remote

A machined aluminium controller for the things you actually reach for. Physical controls stay intuitive to guests, to a service technician, and to anyone who does not want to find a phone to turn a light down.

State

Four ways
of knowing

A house that says “should be off” when it hasn’t checked is worth more than one that guesses confidently.

01What the system actually does

A local core inside the house holds the model of the property — rooms, equipment, people, permissions — and authorises every action through a single deterministic path. Nothing reaches a device without passing it.

After a command goes out, the system waits for evidence. It compares what the sensors report against what was intended, and only then does it call the action complete. Sending is not finishing.

Switches, scenes, schedules and safety behaviour all run locally. Remote access, backup and language-model calls happen in the cloud and are optional by design — a broadband failure should be invisible to everyone in the building.

02Where the AI sits, and what it cannot do

A language model is genuinely useful for reading state, explaining why the house behaved a certain way, spotting patterns and drafting changes. It is the wrong thing to give unrestricted control of a lock, a valve or a high-power circuit.

So it can propose anything and authorise nothing. It cannot raise its own permissions, approve its own request, or claim an action succeeded before the sensors agree. That boundary is enforced in the broker, in code — not by asking a model nicely.

03Retrofit now, cast in later

Most homes in India already exist, so the system starts behind the switchplate you have. Modules sit in the existing back box, the plate stays, nothing is rewired.

The version we are working toward puts the same system into the structure at the factory — conduit, boxes and sensor pockets cast into the wall rather than chased into it. That is why the automation and the precast are one project rather than two.
